STEP 3. Fill-up and Complete Rebate Voucher in full.

Please make sure you fill-up the correct voucher. Complete the Rebate voucher in full and prepare the following attachments:

  • Copy of Sales Receipt postmarked between 120 and 180 days of purchase.
  • Copy of first month and fourth month cell phone bill. Bills must be paid with no outstanding balance.
  • Include the original UPC label from the cell phone box, including the MEID HEX number, PIN, serial number, product description and bar code. See sample below.

STEP 4. Mail your Rebate redemption.

Please send in your Rebate Vouchers after 4 months from purchase. Also, if you changed your cell phone number, please be sure to indicate your new cell phone number on the rebate voucher. Without these numbers, we will not be able to complete your rebate!

  • The rebate program is only applicable for Bell Mobility Cell Phone purchases from Times Mobility during the promotion period of January 9, 2012 to February 29, 2012.
  • How to Redeem Your Credit
  1. Complete the attached Times Mobility voucher in full.
  2. Attach the original proof of purchase postmarked between 120 and 180 days of purchase.
  3. Copy of first month's and fourth month's cell phone bill. Bills must be paid with no outstanding balance.
  4. Photocopy of proof of purchase (sales receipt) showing all qualifying products purchased, ESN/IMEI numbers and the serial numbers of the qualifying products. Handwritten receipts will not be accepted.
  5. Include the original UPC label from the cell phone box, including the MEID HEX number, PIN, serial number, product description and bar code.
  6. Mail your rebate redemption to:

  7. You will receive an email confirmation once the rebate has been received and approved. An email address MUST be provided on the voucher.
  8. Please allow up to 8 weeks for this credit to be sent back to your valid address.

  • The rebate amount does not include any taxes
  • Rebate cheques will only be mailed to an address located in Canada.
  • Qualifying products returned for cash or credit refund are not eligible for this rebate and in that event, Times Telecom reserves the right to cancel or retain the amount of any rebate issued to you under this promotion or reduce, by the amount of the rebate payment, the cash or credit refund you are due or the return.
  • Failure to send all necessary documents will lead to your rebate application being disqualified.
  • It may take up to eight (8) weeks for Times Telecom to process and mail the rebate cheque, after submission of a completed rebate claim that is made in accordance with these terms to receive your rebate.
  • The rebate will not be processed if all required documentation is not submitted. Duplicate or incomplete rebate forms will not be honoured.
  • Rebate cheques will only be payable to the name on sales receipt.
  • Provide the UPC labels from all qualifying product boxes. The UPC labels must be peeled off or cut from the product packaging. The UPC labels must include part numbers with bar codes, serial numbers with bar codes, and product descriptions.
