Cancellation and Returns Policy

General Guideline

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Times Mobility at 1-888-668-6057 within 14 days of activation. . Times Mobility will do its best to assist you with any questions or concerns and resolve any issues.


Returns will be subject to a $400 (Voice) and $200 (Data) cancellation fee with NO EXCEPTION if:


  • There is 15 or more minutes of usage
  • Cannot exceed 5mb of data usage
  • Returned 14 or more days since activation
  • Cell phone is in bad condition or missing charger and/or battery.

1) Our Wireless Return policy entitles you to an exchange/return within 10 days from purchase provided you have not exceeded 15 minutes of usage on the phone (must be in its original packaging, with all components included. For exchanges only, you may keep any SIM card that comes with your phone or Smartphone. For returns your SIM card must be sent back not activated and un-opened). Individually packaged accessories such as headsets and earpieces must be returned un-opened in order to receive a refund due to health and safety standards. All “Clearance Phone” sales are final. You are responsible for payment of any minutes, usage or service incurred. If you choose to cancel your service before the end of the agreement period, you will be required to pay the applicable Service Agreement Price Adjustment and Data Service Agreement Price Adjustment fee(s) in addition to all other amounts then due to Bell Mobility.

2) You can save $2 on your monthly bill from Bell by choosing ebill instead of paper invoices. Give us a call for more information and make the switch today!
