It will be your responsibility to review your existing contract with your
old service provider.
You will need to fulfill any contractual obligations, including payment
of services or early cancellation fees to your old service provider (if applicable).
You will be billed for services from your old service provider up and until
the successful completion of your number transfer.
All voicemail and text messages must be checked prior to port date as they
will be lost once the number port occurs.
You will receive a non-activated device, prior to beginning any porting
process. Once you receive your new Bell hardware, the number porting will be
processed on the date you specified on your order.
Once the number porting transfer has begun, it is estimated to be completed within
48 hours.
If you wish to port your number as soon as possible, set the date to 10
business days from now to allow shipping. Your current device will stop working
and your new Bell Mobility device will start working on your desired port date
if all information is accurate.
